When does normal shyness become a problem? What resources exist for children and families? And, what can parents do to foster mental wellbeing in their children?

University Choir: Island Music

On July 15th the University of Waterloo presents a special program of exploration, history, and collaboration through music. “Islands” brings story and song from some of the world’s most fascinating island communities. Hawaii, New Zealand, Cuba, and Jamaica are real islands with unique and interrelated musical cultures featuring popular and beloved music. Canada too has its islands. 540 km north of Thunder Bay on the northern peninsula of Eastwood Island is the Webequie First Nation.
