Marking Canada’s National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women, December 6, there will be a special screening of Polytechnique at the Original Princess Cinema in Uptown Waterloo. Opening remarks by, Prof. Carolyn Hanson (UWaterloo Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering). 

16 days logoTo facilitate participation in and increase awareness of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign, the Status of Women and Equity Committee (SWEC) of the Faculty Association of the University of Waterloo is offering 25 free tickets for the screening of Polytechnique. If you wish to reserve one of the SWEC sponsored tickets (first come first serve), please visit Eventbrite.
