Wendall Wallach says, if we are to maximize the benefits of emerging technologies and minimize the risks, new approaches for responsible research and innovation, as well as adaptive oversight and governance, will be needed.

The Waterloo Chair in Science & Society (Heather Douglas) is co-hosting Wendall Wallach from Yale University on February 9 and 10, 2016. Wendall is currently at the University of Ottawa as the Fulbright Research Chair and will be giving a series of three talks during his visit to Waterloo.
