From Waterloo Banking website:

ReLeaf Financial, an initiative of Waterloo Banking Project, plans to open Canada’s first student-run financial services to serve post-secondary students in the Waterloo Region. In this time of rising student debt, we are working to teach our customers and our employees about financial management so they can take those skills with them when they leave university. We will help students manage the cost of their education so that they can focus on their studies and succeed. We offer retail banking services, budget planning for students, and financial education programs.
