Communications and Marketing supports the Co-operative and Experiential Education portfolio by providing integrated marketing, outreach, job development and communications.

Communications and Marketing goals include:

  • The development and implementation of integrated communications and marketing plans that support the maintenance or improvement in employment rates for all students.

  • Building the reputation and brand of Co-op and UWaterloo.

  • Building cross-campus awareness and collaborative initiatives with partners such as University Relations, Marketing and Undergraduate Recruitment,¬† Advancement and Alumni.

  • Improvment of capacity and capability for new job development¬† (infrastructure, systems and people) and support staff to be successful in their roles to build a strong team.
