Building the reputation and brand of Co-op and UWaterloo.
Building cross-campus awareness and collaborative initiatives with partners such as University Relations, Marketing and Undergraduate Recruitment, Advancement and Alumni.
Improvment of capacity and capability for new job development (infrastructure, systems and people) and support staff to be successful in their roles to build a strong team.
