 nLEARN (asynchronous)\n\nUnderstanding the fundamentals of giving and rece
 iving feedback is a\ncrucial first step to being able to experience the pr
 ocess\nproductively. Feedback does not need to be stressful\, particularly
 \nwhen a culture of feedback is created within a team. Be part of\nfosteri
 ng this culture within your department by gaining awareness of\nthe feedba
 ck loop\, recognizing when to offer feedback\, and how to\nreceive feedbac
 k with grace. Participants will also have the\nopportunity to navigate thr
 ough practice scenarios\, as well as create\na document to articulate thei
 r own personal feedback preference\, which\nthey can share with colleagues
 \, managers or others with whom they work\nclosely.  \n\n_FOUNDATIONS OF
  GIVING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK_ _is a TWO-WEEK\,\nSELF-PACED ASYNCHRONOUS
  ONLINE LEARNING EXPERIENCE ON LEARN.\nParticipants will have two weeks fr
 om when the course opens to\ncomplete the material. It will take approxima
 tely 2 hours total to\ncomplete the course. At the end of the course\, par
 ticipants will\ncomplete a mini knowledge-check quiz and earn a Workday le
 arning\nrecord. _ \n\nREGISTRATION INFORMATION: As an asynchronous cour
 se\, all materials\nwill be on LEARN. Staff who sign up will be sent an em
 ail with\ninstructions regarding how to access the Learn course. If you ha
