DESCRIPTION:The Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) is an intensive\,\ncoll
 aborative\, and experiential learning model that uses videotaped\nmicro-te
 aching and peer feedback sessions to support the teaching\nreflection and 
 growth of both new and experienced instructors. The ISW\npromotes particip
 atory learning and community building and encourages\nexamination of teach
 ing practices with feedback focused on the\nlearning process rather than o
 n the specific content of the lesson.\nEach participant will receive a wid
 ely-recognized certificate of\nachievement upon successful completion of t
 he ISW\, which requires 24\ncontact hours\, over three or four days.
