DESCRIPTION:As the University of Waterloo strives to advance accessibility 
 and\ndisability inclusion on our campuses\, consultation and community\nen
 gagement play a key role in amplifying the equity-denied voices.\nWhere th
 e previous Accessibility Advisory Panel focused primarily on\ncommunity en
 gagement through one-way communication\, the newly proposed\nDisability Af
 finity Program seeks to build community space for\nstudents\, staff\, and 
 faculty with disabilities or neurodivergence to\nfacilitate more authentic
  consultation opportunities.\n\nIn this session\, instructors are invited 
 to share their ideas and\nfeedback on the development of the Disability Af
 finity Program as a\npotential\, future space for instructors with disabil
 ities to seek\nmentorship\, peer support\, networking\, and knowledge exch
