DESCRIPTION:Mohamad Shalaby is a senior postdoctoral researcher at the Leib
 niz\ninstitute for astrophysics Potsdam (Germany).  His research focuses\
 non studying acceleration\, transport and non-thermal radiation\nprocesses
  from plasmas that permeate our visible universe\, i.e.\, from\nstellar to
  intergalactic environments and thus their implied complex\nfeedback on va
 rious observables. Mohamad attended AIMS (South Africa)\nand PSI programs
  before finishing his PhD under the supervision of\nAvery Broderick in 201
 7 at University of Waterloo and perimeter\ninstitute for theoretical physi
 cs.
