DESCRIPTION:Sean Ressler is a postdoctoral fellow at CITA working on genera
 l\nrelativistic and Newtonian simulations of black hole accretion. The\nmo
 tivation of his work is to make these simulations more realistic by\nincor
 porating more physics\, more observational input\, or connecting\nsmaller 
 scales to larger scales (or vice versa).
