Where do you go from here?

Engineers in Medicine Event:

Description: The “Where Do You Go From Here” event series is tailored to engineering students who have a distinct interest in medicine and its related fields and invites several distinguished engineers who have followed their passion in medicine to various places (biomedical engineering professors, practicing physicians, entrepreneurs, etc.). Our guests will speak about their background, interests, inspirations, path to their current position, and current work. These events will give attendees a personable experience to learn where they can follow their interests instead of the classic, cut and dry model that may restrict where students believe they can go. Events in this series will conclude with a networking session.

This “Where Do You Go From Here?” event (5:45 - 7:00 pm May 28, 2014; QNC 1502) invited Dr. Glen Bandiera, Associate Dean of Post-Graduate Medical Education at University of Toronto and Chief of Emergency Medicine at St. Michael's Hospital, to take us through his journey.
