Alfred Yu has been awarded $493K from Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) for his Project Grant entitled "VAST-MAP: Vascular Stiffness Mapping for Aging Analysis Using High Frame Rate Ultrasound."
Dana Kulić and researchers at the University of Waterloo have combined motion sensors with software programs so that people recovering from hip and knee replacements could see how well they were doing their rehabilitative exercises.
