Careers in Science Publishing with April Pawluk

Join April Pawluk for an informal discussion on her career path, and careers in science publishing.

Waterloo Biology alumnus April Pawluk is the Scientific Editor at Cell Press and the 2018 Young Alumni Awardee.

She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Waterloo and earned her PhD at University of Toronto. After a brief postdoc she became interested in Science Publishing and began a career as an Editor at the Cell Press.

April is excited to share her career experiences and trajectory with graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and other early career researchers in during this informal lunch.
