These application forms are due on October 31, 2013 in Biology 1 - 274 or by e-mail to jecollins@uwaterloo.ca.

All applicants will be notified of the results in December 2013.

  • BIOL 140L is now BIOL 240L

When including your grades on your application, please use your grades from BIOL 139 for BIOL 239 etc.
