The purpose of this survey is to ask your opinions about the service you experienced within Waterloo Housing and Residences. Housing & Residences will use the results of the survey to make improvements to our current service procedures to align with our Customer Care Promise! All reports of this survey will include only summarized results, ensuring that no individual can be identified. This survey should take about 2 minutes and will be available for you to complete on an ongoing basis. Participation in this survey is confidential and voluntary.
