Campus Housing acknowledges that we live and work on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee peoples. The University of Waterloo is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land promised to the Six Nations that includes ten kilometers on each side of the Grand River.
Campus Housing will not be able to accommodate early move-in for the fall 2021 term. Fall 2021 moving information can be found below:
You will receive your move-in details in March.

As a reminder for our incoming international students, you cannot complete your mandatory 14 day quarantine period after travel in your residence room. COVID-19 self-assessment before move-in
You can find the COVID-19 self-assessment here.
We ask that you complete this survey no earlier than 48 hours before you move into residence, in order to ensure you are symptom free at the time of move-in.
If you are asked at the end of the assessment to take further action, please get tested or contact a medical provider. We ask that you delay your arrival to help keep residence as safe as possible. You can re-schedule your arrival date by resubmitting the late arrival form above.
Students who cancel their contract(s) will be financially responsible in accordance with the terms and conditions in their residence contract.
