Coping Skills seminars

Pencil crayons arranged in a rainbow.

Our very popular Coping Skills seminars were developed in response to student feedback and suggestions. These consist of four different one-hour seminars that are offered at several different times each week. These seminars focus on: cultivating resilience, challenging thinking, managing emotions, and changing behaviour. You can now also view these seminars online.

You can choose to attend as many of the seminars as you would like and you will learn practical skills to cope with life’s challenges and learn ways to shift unhelpful mindsets, regulate emotions, and solve problems more effectively.
