Region of Waterloo Public Health launches new self-assessment tool

The Input Health COVID-19 Population Health Navigator has been launched on the Region of Waterloo Public Health and Emergency Services website. The Navigator uses the same COVID self-assessment tool as the Ministry of Health and quickly links patients with their own primary care provider (if they have signed up to the service) or to another virtual primary care provider (e.g.
