Campus Wellness Coping Skills Seminars

Attending a seminar or workshop at Counselling Services can be one of the best ways to enhance your personal success at University of Waterloo. Our seminars and workshops provide you with the opportunity to learn skills to help you cope with life's challenges. 

Our Coping Skills seminars consist of four different one-hour seminars that are offered at several different times a term. These seminars focus on: cultivating resilience, challenging thinking, managing emotions, and changing behaviour. You can now also view these seminars online.​
