Dr. Sean Geobey's research looks at financial tools that can support social innovation including crowd funding, impact investing and the role of credit unions. He holds a PhD specialized in social innovation from the University of Waterloo and is the Director of Academic Programs at the Waterloo Institute for Social Innovation and Resilience (WISIR).
