Learn how to put your best foot forward at this Crush Your Coding Interview Workshop by Facebook. This session will focus on how to do well in software engineering and data engineering interviews. It will cover how to walk through an algorithm problem, how to brainstorm solutions, how to discuss the problem with your interviewer, and how to write (and test) code on a whiteboard. “Dominate Your Data & Slam Dunk Your SQL" will build on your pre-existing SQL and Data Analysis skills, and to ensure readiness for a Data Engineer or Data Scientist interview at Facebook.

Two-session workshop: attend the first session to learn about your personality type and preferences for learning and decision making. In the second session, discover how to apply your Myers-Briggs Type Indicator results to explore potential careers. NOTE: There is a student materials charge of $10 payable at the Centre for Career Action prior to the session.  Once you have registered and paid, you will be given information on how to complete the MBTI assessment online. The assessment must be completed at least 2 business days prior to the workshop.
