With almost every region developing more of a global workforce, companies strategizing to develop a global presence and a greater significance to anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion, there is a growing need to develop cultural intelligence. Even today, while much of our work is remote, it does not take away the fact that we are working with a complex mix of diverse people and different work cultures.
This is a chance to practice for your Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) with a live simulation. You will rotate through stations and answer interview questions including current events, ethics, critical thinking, health topics, collaboration and personal reflection. Some stations will have an interviewer; others will simulate recorded online interviews with an individual response. Following the simulation, we will debrief the experience, discussing observations about the process, anxiety management and strategies for a live or recorded interview.
