Our table service dinner comes with your choice of ONE appetizer, ONE entrée and ONE dessert, as well as freshly baked bread with butter and Fair trade organic coffee and tea.

  • Summer Vegetables with Curried Croutons and Green Pea Emulsion

    • curried croutons, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, pea tendrils, endive, radicchio and pomelo

  • Grilled Shrimp Salad

    • arugula, oak leaf, lollo rosso and micro kale dressed with a lemon vinaigrette and garnished with shrimp, tomotoes and braised potatoes

  • House made Caesar Salad

    • blend of romaine heart topped with egg, anchovies, house smoked bacon, garlic croutons and a sharp garlic dressing

  • Modern Nicoisse Salad

    • a deconstructed version of a classic Nicoisse salad containing egg yolk creme, green beans, tomatoes, olive oil poached potatoes and a slice of Albacore tuna

  • Kale and Smoked Salmon Salad

    • shredded kale, shaved parmesan, fennel, dill, quinoa and popcorn shoots dressed in a roasted tomato vinaigrette

  • Spiced Squash Soup

    • butternut, acorn and pumpkin squash spiced with cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar topped with creme fraiche

  • Warm Tomato Gazpacho Consomme

    • tomato broth, cucumbers, roasted peppers, tomatoes and beets garnished with parmesan croutons
