New purchase policy for buying computers, monitors & laptops

  • One purchase per person means 1 tower, 1 monitor, 1 laptop when available.
  • You can ONLY BUY 1 SET at a time.
  • No more bulk buying until the end of the sale (2:00 pm)
  • You will carry your items to the cashier right away, pay for them and take them out of the sale area.
  • You CANNOT have anyone else pick up items for you, unless THEY are paying for the items themselves.
  • You CANNOT leave your items in the sale area after you pay for them and say you will pick them up later.  You MUST take them with you.
  • We are not responsible for any forgotten items in or out of the sale area.
  • You can come back in and buy another set if there are any available.
  • The price that is on the computers, monitors, laptops is the price you pay.

We will be taking sealed bids until December 1st at 11:00 am for the following vehicle:

  • 2012, White Ford Escape with 152,858 kms

Please contact Sean Kimpinski to place a sealed bid for the following item. Bids will be opened December 15th 

  • Forklift, electric 36 V Clark TW30. It is equipped with a side shift and with this equipment is rated to 2450 pounds on a 24” center. The hour meter is currently reading 624.5 hours, it was last certified in 2015 and has been maintained annually.

All purchased items must be picked up before 3:15 PM on that day!

To all IUTS Users

This year's holiday season break is approaching and we would like to clarify the IUTS shipping schedule for the period.

Similar to prior years, for most users,

  • The last date for pick up by Canpar will be Wednesday, December 21st,  2016
  • The last day for deliveries by Canpar will be Thursday,  December 22nd, 2016
  • Regular Canpar pickups and deliveries will commence again on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2017

Exception:  The last day to send books/mail to The University of Toronto is Monday, December 19th 2016 (so as to avoid shipments being undeliverable over the holidays - the UofT is closed effective close of business on Tuesday, December 20th, 2016)

SALE RULES & ITEM PURCHASE PROCEDURES

  • NO food or drinks allowed in sale area.
  • DO NOT write on or remove the price tags.
  • If you want to buy something, please raise your hand.  Be patient, someone will get to you.
  • NO exchanges or refunds
  • Cash or Watcard are the only methods of payment.
  • Central Stores DOES NOT supply tools or rope.
  • Carts & dollies are available for moving items to the loading area only.
  • Everything you buy MUST be paid for by 2:00 pm on sale day.
  • Pick-up's MUST be done by 3:15 pm sharp on sale day.
  • ALL purchases unclaimed by 3:15 pm on sale day will be considered unwanted.
  • Everything is cash & carry.  If you need help removing your items make sure you bring someone with you.  Our staff are not available.
