After a summer hiatus, CEWIL Research Matters is back for the September Issue to jump-start the Fall season. For the first time ever, we have collaborated with colleagues from the Atlantic coast with practitioner contributions from Saint Mary's University.
The Volume 20, Issue 2 of the International Journal of Work-Integrated Learning (IJWIL) is now available online. One of the articles on the professional development needs of the international work-integrated learning community features University of Waterloo's very own Norah McRae (Associate Provost, Co-operative and Experiential Education) as one of the many international co-authors.
WatCACE attended the 21st WACE Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio earlier this month. WatCACE Director Judene Pretti hosted two workshops alongside fellow University of Waterloo Colleagues, Dr. Norah McRae and Anne-Marie Fannon. Workshop presentations are now available online on our Conference Presentations page.
In this month's CEWIL Research Matters (PDF), our very own co-op student Logan Reis and EDGE Manager Mary Neil (EDGE Program, University of Waterloo) contribute their thoughts on recent articles featured in the International Journal of Work-Integrated Learning (IJWIL).
In the first ever Francophone edition of CEWIL Research Matters, we feature two French articles that are reviewed by our French-speaking WIL colleagues at the University of Ottawa. We would like to thank Anthony Daigle and Gabriel Ramsay for their viewpoints and for bringing a French twist to our newsletter this month.
