WatCACE has teamed up with the Waterloo Co-op Accessibility Team (WatCAT) to share their curated resources for co-operative education programs with focus on enhancing accessibility and support for all students.
Back in December 2017, WatCACE surveyed 455 supervisors, recruiters and executives to better understand the dynamics of “talent management” from the perspective of organizations that hire work-integrated learning (WIL) students.
The Asia-Pacific Journal of Co-operative Education (APJCE) will now be known as the International Journal of Work-Integrated Learning (IJWIL). This journal features original peer-reviewed research on topics surrounding work-integrated learning.
WatCACE is connected to IJWIL as our Director Judene Pretti is one of the Associate Editors of the journal. Explore the website to learn more about IJWIL and access the database for your next research project.
Are you involved in co-operative education and work-integrated learning? Do you have a lot of research ideas to enhance experiential learning practices across Canada? Consider applying for the Co-operative Education and Work-integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL) Research Grant* to jump-start your next project and contribute to Canada's leadership in work-integrated learning. The submission deadline is Friday, March 30, 2018.
