Nathan the Wise
Join WCGS in Stratford Friday, July 12, 2019 for Nathan the Wise, the 18th-century play by German playwright G.E. Lessing. Famous for its "Ring Parable" extolling the equality of world religions, the play is rarely performed in Canada. This production, directed by Toronto-based German director Birgit Schreyer Duarte, "celebrates the common humanity that unites us all."

Ticket purchase includes a seat at the play, an introduction to the play by Dr. Andrea Speltz of Waterloo's Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies, and a light dinner reception before the show.

Ticket sales have ended. This event is sold out, thank you for your support.
