In this session, you will hear from: 

• A panel of colleagues about their experience - what they found most helpful and what pitfalls to avoid, ​​​​​​
• Sonya Buffone (Director, Teaching Assessment Processes Office) and Trevor Holmes (Associate Director, Centre for Teaching Excellence) about the new Teaching Effectiveness Framework and the move to holistic assessment along with the use of the teaching dossier (informed by the framework and the criteria identified by your Department Chair or School Director), and  
• David DeVidi, our Associate VP, Academic, who will provide a high-level introduction to the process of documenting teaching for tenure and promotion.
