CUT Interactive Teaching Activities (CTE165)

Tuesday, September 18, 2018 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

Location: EC1 1004

Facilitator: Stephanie White (CTE)

Description

While many of us want to include more interactive techniques in our teaching, we are often unsure of which activities to use and how to best implement them in our lectures, labs, or tutorials. In this workshop, we’ll discuss which activities work best for the different learning preferences we explored in CTE068: Understanding the Learner. Through an interactive learning activity, we’ll consider how to choose, plan, troubleshoot, and facilitate interactive techniques for different disciplines and classrooms.
