Description

Remote teaching brings new challenges in course, learning activity, and assessment design. How can we make sure that our COVID-era instructional design is authentic to disciplinary practices and supports accessibility? In this webinar, Trevor Holmes and Shannon Dea share insights and tools from their “Deepening Your Course Design” workshop to help participants work through these challenges.

Intended learning outcomes

By the end of this webinar, learners will be able to

  • Assess the alignment, authenticity and accessibility of their own courses, learning activities, and assessments;
  • Use the “Deepening Your Course Design” method to consider ways to adapt for remote teaching and learning.
