FacilitatorsKanstantsin Tsedryk (French Studies) and Nicolas Hebbinckuys (French Studies)

Description

Bongo is a video assessment tool that promotes experiential learning and soft skills development. It is currently available at UW through LEARN. During this session, we will demonstrate how Bongo has allowed us to develop a fully online Spoken French course. We will show how learner-generated videos promote active learning and encourage students to acquire authentic experiential knowledge. Participants will also have a chance to explore Bongo from a student’s perspective.

Registration

Registration is required. CTE has a new registration system called GoSignMeUp. Before you can register for a workshop, you need to create an account (one time only). Once you've created an account, you can register for this workshop.

Cancellations

Many of our workshops have waiting lists, so if you've registered but can't attend, please cancel your registration well in advance through the registration system, so that someone else can fill your spot.
