Teaching and Learning Research Write-In (CTE799)

Date: Tuesday, June 12, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Location: EV1-241

Facilitators: Crystal Tse (CTE), and Kristin Brown (CTE)

Workshop description

Do you need the space to sit down and think about new research ideas? Do you need dedicated time to start writing up your teaching and learning research? Would you benefit from discussing and getting feedback from your colleagues? If so, join us and your colleagues in this writing session! Activities will include completing brief reflective prompts to come up with new research questions, thinking about ways to complete or build on existing projects, and strategies to disseminate work. The time will then be broken up by 25 minute intervals of writing with 5 minute breaks in between. CTE staff will be available at the session to consult with you on your research ideas and writing.  We encourage you to bring your own laptop but CTE will also provide a laptop if needed. Coffee and tea will be provided.
