As the Educational Research Associate, Kristen Archbell supports the development, implementation, and dissemination of educational research at Waterloo. She supports the academic content of the annual conference program and the Learning Innovation and Teaching Enhancement (LITE) grant program.

Kristen is currently completing her PhD in Developmental Psychology at Carleton University. Her research focuses on social anxiety, differential communication, academic experiences, and wellbeing in higher education. Her dissertation employs a mixed method approach (i.e., quantitative and qualitative), drawing upon a diverse range of statistical techniques.
