With your WIL experience now complete, it’s important to take some time to reflect on the experience, how things went, what competencies you applied (or didn’t), and how the experience informs your next steps within your career.
This module takes you through the reflection process, gathering evidence and stories that you can use when preparing applications and planning the next steps in your career.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Reflect on your past WIL experience achievements and how it has informed your values and needs, skills development, interests, and future career plans
- Communicate your achievements in your WIL that will support career preparation (such as application creation)
- Plan for the next steps you will take in your career post-course
