Webinar - An update on sitting: Is it really killing you? And what you can do to survive

Friday, May 26, 2017 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

This webinar is for anyone concerned about prolonged sitting in the workplace (health and safety personnel, ergonomists, administrators and workers).

Much attention has been focused on the potential dangers of sitting at work. From sensational media stories claiming that “sitting is the new smoking” to conflicting conclusions in the literature, questions remain about how serious this problem is and what can be done to improve it.

This webinar will digest the current literature surrounding sitting and health. It will also explore evidence based and practical solutions to address these concerns.
