On September 21, the world celebrates the International Day of Peace, and the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement at Conrad Grebel University College is once again hosing a community calendar of events to mark the occasion! Here are just two of the fourteen events that have been planned for this year’s Peace Week:
- Monday, September 16 at 9:30 AM: HeForShe Get Free Tour Campus Rally & President's Lecture at the Physical Activities Complex parking lot, featuring actor and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Edgar Ramírez. Register here.
- Saturday, September 21 from 2:00-4:00 PM: The 5th anniversary celebration of the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement. Register here for this event featuring international food and a showcase of this amazing hub of peace activity and impact.
