Join us on Tuesday October 22nd for a talk with Michael Molloy, co-author of "Running on Empty: Canada and the Indochinese Refugee Movement 1975-1980", Adjunct Research Professor at Carleton University, and president of the Canadian Immigration Historical Society. Michael Molloy has 40 years' experience in international and refugee affairs, having coordinated Canada's Indochinese refugee program from 1979-1980, which saw 60,000 refugees resettled in Canada.
