You are invited to exhibit your products and services at the ChemEd 2013 conference
The ChemEd 2013 conference returns to the University of Waterloo located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada from July 28 to August 1, 2013. We hope that you will consider exhibiting at North America’s largest conference focused on high school and introductory chemistry. It will be an excellent opportunity to present your products and services and meet prospective clients amongst the expected 400 to 700 high school teachers and introductory chemistry educators.
The ChemEd Exhibit Hall has been an integral part of the ChemEd conference due to attendees’ keen interest in products and services available to help teach chemistry more effectively. Educators come to these conferences to share their ideas, their classroom and laboratory experiences, and their vision for enriching the experiences of their students. Since its inception in 1973 at the University of Waterloo, teachers of chemistry have gathered at the ChemEd biennial conferences.
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the centrally located Physical Activity Complex (PAC) and our plan is to have 44 exhibit booths. The PAC will be a focal point of ChemEd 2013 with conference registration, Opening Ceremonies and Welcome Reception, Ice Cream Social, featured conference plenaries, and a designated area for coffee and lunch breaks. This enhances the opportunities for exhibitors to interact with the participants.
ChemEd 2013 conference activities are located around the Exhibit Hall to ensure booth traffic throughout the three days of exhibiting. All ChemEd sessions will be about a 5-minute walk from the Exhibit Hall. The Exhibit Hall is located between the campus residence and ChemEd sessions.
