Welcome Chemical Engineering Class of 2022!

As part of the Fall 2017 Orientation, the Department of Chemical Engineering welcomes a new cohort of 129 first-year students! These first-years were introduced to faculty and staff members and exposed to the many curriculum and research options within the department. Fred Fu receives Outstanding Achievement in Graduate Studies Award

Recent MASc graduate Fred Fu has received an Outstanding Achievement in Graduate Studies honour to be awarded during the Fall 2017 university convocation. A total of four of these awards are being given at the Masters level this year.

Fred's thesis is entitled Formation and Field-switching Dynamics of Nematic Droplets and he completed his MASc research under the supervision of Prof. Nasser M. Abukhdeir.
