Participating teachers can use our online testing platform (SciOn) to view the exam with results, access their students’ scores, and generate certificates of distinction or participation. The website is https://scion.uwaterloo.ca.
Access to SciOn: Participating teachers must use the login and password information they used to sign in to administer the exam. The information was sent by email from noreply-scion@uwaterloo.ca. If teachers no longer have this information, please contact Barbara Levai-Sharpe (blevaish@uwaterloo.ca) to reset their login and password. Please remember that if you ordered both exams, you received a separate login and password for each exam.
The administration of the exam is the responsibility of Dr. Laura Ingram of the University of Waterloo; her decision is final.

Prizes and certificates
All students receive a certificate of participation. The top scoring students from Canada and the United States on the Chem 13 News Exam and Avogadro Exam each receive a limited-edition plaque featuring an element from our Timeline of Elements poster or Periodic Table Project.
