Join speakers from the University of Waterloo and Waterloo community for an engaging webinar about actionable climate solutions. The webinar is hosted by the Waterloo Institute for Sustainable Energy (WISE) and the Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change (IC3).

The event is targeted to students but everyone is welcome to attend.

UWaterloo students explored the topic of divestment in a recent webinar presented by the Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change (IC3) and Faculty of Applied Health Sciences (AHS). The webinar “Unpacking Divestment: What it means for UWaterloo” was held on October 20th, 2020.

IC3 member, Imre Szeman, is among the Royal Society of Canada’s Class of 2020. Professor Imre Szeman from the department of Communication Arts has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC), one of Canada’s most distinguished scholarly honours. 

IC3 member, Maria Strack, named fellow of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC) and member of the Royal Society of Canada’s College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists.
