UWaterloo's Climate Students present "Envisioning Our Future: Facilitated Discussions on Eco-Grief/Anxiety" a virtual event on February 18, from 4-6pm EST.

This is a smaller group event with limited registration, so please RSVP in advance. This event will be hosted on Teams and is open to all UWaterloo undergraduate and graduate students.

The goal of this event is to foster conversations about the intersections of climate change, mental health, and COVID-19 by creating a safe space to share thoughts and feelings in order to provide peer support and build community connections.

Representatives from Counselling and AccessAbility services will open-up the event with short presentations from each of the UWaterloo departments to provide tangible resources and supports available at UW and offer a few specific tips/ suggestions on managing mental health during this time.
