Professional and graduate school representatives from Canadian and international universities/colleges will provide information to assist you in planning your further education. A list of representatives will be available on our website a week prior to the event. Representatives from education, law, MBA, Engineering, health, pharmacy, optometry, veterinary, social work and college postdegree/certificate programs attend.
Karen Poveda, a kinesiology student at the University of Waterloo, is helping seniors remain physically active as they age. During her co-op work term at the Schlegel Villages long-term care facility, she implemented a new program called Move More. This program focuses on finding creative ways to incorporate movement into senior residents’ daily lives.
A record-breaking 3,140 students attended the annual Partnerships for Employment (P4E) Career Fair on Wednesday, September 27. Students from the University of Waterloo made up about half of all attendees, with 1,541 students attending – that’s an increase of 68% over last year.
