We invite you to give us feedback on the undergraduate co-op fee model. We value your feedback as an instrumental part of the review. This survey is a way for you to share your comments and understanding of the co-op fee with us. Your feedback will be instrumental in continuing to improve transparency and changing how your co-op fee is spent.
