WaterlooWorks news

In January 2017, the University of Waterloo launched WaterlooWorks, an employment administration system that replaced JobMine.

Waterloo’s co-operative education program is the largest of its kind in the world, with over 20,000 undergraduate students enrolled in co-op. This requires WaterlooWorks to handle an enormous volume of jobs, applications, interview schedules, along with hundreds of other features.

Co-operative Education is committed to clarity and transparency around the new features in WaterlooWorks as well as disruptions, service outages and system updates.

Check the WaterlooWorks Maintenance/Disruption board for details about any ongoing maintenance or disruptions.

Your feedback is always welcome and can be provided by filling out the survey linked from your WaterlooWorks dashboard or various other feedback mechanisms.
