Workplace integrity

Integrity in co-operative education involves:

  • representing oneself truthfully at all times
  • conducting oneself ethically and professionally
  • acknowledging the work of others
  • being accountable for one’s actions

What is the impact of integrity in the workplace?

  • It fosters trust between co-op students and employers, something that is absolutely essential in order to realize the full potential of a co-op work term.

Without a relationship of trust between our students and their employers, their success and contributions on the work term would not be possible.

While we boast about our ability to produce career-ready graduates we want them to have, and demonstrate, integrity above all.
