 terval polytopes are a well-studied class of\ngeneralized permutohedra whi
 ch arise as moment map images of various\ntoric varieties and totally posi
 tive spaces in the flag variety. I\nwill describe work in progress in whic
 h I study the 1-skeleta of these\npolytopes\, viewed as posets interpolati
 ng between weak order and\nBruhat order. In many cases these posets are la
 ttices and the\npolytopes\, despite not being simple\, have interesting h
 -vectors.
