 \nABSTRACT: \n\nThe first half of this talk will be expository and devoted
  to a\ndiscussion of (quasi)symmetric functions and tableaux.\n\nWe define
  new families of quasisymmetric functions\, in particular the\nnew basis o
 f row-strict dual immaculate functions\, with an associated\ncyclic\, inde
 composable 0-Hecke algebra module. Our row-strict\nimmaculate functions ar
 e related to the dual immaculate functions of\nBerg-Bergeron-Saliola-Serra
 no-Zabrocki (2014-15) by the involution\n\\psi on the ring Qsym of quasisy
 mmetric functions. We uncover the\nremarkable properties of the immaculate
  Hecke poset induced by the\n0-Hecke action on standard immaculate tableau
 x\, revealing other\nsubmodules and quotient modules\, often cyclic and in
 decomposable.
