SUMMARY:Algebraic Graph Theory-Hermie Monterde-Conrad-Quantum walks on\ninf
 inite graphs
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:SPEAKER:\n Hermie Monterde\n\nAFFILIATION: \n\nUniversity of Re
gina\n\nLOCATION:\n Please contact Sabrina Lato for Zoom link.\n\nABSTRA
CT: A weighted graph G with countable vertex set is bounded\nif there i
s an upper bound on the maximum of the sum of absolute\nvalues of all edge
weights incident to a vertex in G. Most work done\non quantum walks focu
s on finite graphs. In this talk\, we extend the\ntheory to bounded infini
te graphs and discuss results concerning the\nrarity of perfect state tran
sfer. This is joint work with Chris\nGodsil\, Steve Kirkland\, Sarojini Mo
 hapatra and Hiranmoy Pal.
