The Department of Combinatorics & Optimization is proud to host the 19th conference on Integer Programming and Combinatorial Optimization (IPCO XIX), one of the most prominent international venues for research in the field. The conference will be held on the campus of the University of Waterloo from June 26-28, 2017.
Professor Tom Coleman has been selected as a SIAM Fellow for contributions to large-scale, sparse numerical optimization, financial optimization, and leadership in mathematics education and engagement with industry.
